SCBA Cabinet

The MMWC-1 is a molded cabinet for a single SCBA unit. Constructed of UV stabilized ABS material with highly visible safety yellow doors. Stick-on labels are provided to indicate minutes duration of SCBA unit mounted inside. Bulb seal gasket locks out moisture and dirt, while thermoplastic hinges and latches are highly resistant to corrosive chemicals and ultraviolet exposure. Without opening the door, the two sight windows allow external visual inspection of contents and air cylinder pressure readings. Handle is molded into the door. Optional self-adhesive labels are available. Outside dimensions of this cabinet are 21-1/2" x 32-1/2" x 14-1/4". Inside dimensions are 16" x 29" x 13".

Double SCBA Cabinet

The MMWC-2 is a molded cabinet for two SCBA units. Cabinet may hold spare cylinder, depending on brand being used. Constructed of UV stabilized ABS material with highly visible safety yellow doors. Stick-on labels are provided to indicate minutes duration of SCBA unit mounted inside. Bulb seal gasket locks out moisture and dirt, while thermoplastic hinges and latches are highly resistant to corrosive chemicals and ultraviolet exposure. Without opening the door, the four sight windows allow external visual inspection of contents and air cylinder pressure readings. Handle is molded into the door. Optional self-adhesive labels to cover the SCBA description are available: Protective Clothing, Emergency Equipment, or Emergency Respirators. Outside dimensions of this cabinet are 32" x 32-1/2" x 14-1/4". Inside dimensions are 27" x 29" x 12-3/4".

SAFE-T-SYSTEM FOR HANDLING SCBA BOTTLES

The concept behind the Safe T System is simple yet extremely effective. The “T” handle locks the cylinder into the holder and also locks the holder into the truck compartment. A quarter turn in either direction allows an individual cylinder to be removed or the complete two cylinder holder to be removed from the compartment for transporting to a staging area or a refill site. This eliminates the unsafe practice of handling cylinders by the valve handle or valve gauge—preventing the very real possibility of dropping a high pressure vessel in an unfriendly environment. With higher working pressures up to 4,500 psi and lighter composite cylinders these air cylinders, if not handled properly, are a potential rocket.

SCBA Mobile Bottle Cart

Chrome plated unit provides safe and organized storage for SCBA cylinders. Mobile cart can be easily rolled allowing you to unload empty bottles and reload apparatus easily and efficiently. Two casters have foot operated brakes. Standard units available hold 16 - 42 bottles or custom designed to fit your specifications.

Cylinder Rack

New 32" deep 81" tall 76" long design accommodates SCUBA cylinders, Oxygen bottles, & SCBA cylinders.  The modular design allows you to configure each compartment with any combination of specialized shelves and/or flat shelving.

The S.O.S. Rack features four 1,050 lb capacity casters and is constructed of heavy duty steel tubing with high strength wire.  A durable powder coat finish protects the rack and will provide years of service.

Collapsible Bottle Carrier

Solves all of your bottle transport needs! Heavy duty reinforced steel construction with durable nylon coating. Bottle carrier holds eight cylinders. Collapsed, it measures only 30" long x 15" wide x 8" high. New design stays up even when empty. Fits both 45 minute and 60 minute bottles.
