Bracket with low-profile clips & positive holding strap: Low-profile clips may be used with Scott NXG2 Air-Paks or any other air packs with clearance issued. Designed for use with 6.1 to 6.9" diameter cylinders, the low-profile clips are one-inch shorter than the standard H-6 clip and will not interfere with harness assembly or hoses. This bracket is a Knock-down bracket which requires assembly in the field. Each bracket consists of a backplate, shortfootplate, and two seats. All hardware is included and assembly should require a few minutes time with a Torx T-30 driver and 7/16" wrench. This bracket also includes a PHS (positive holding strap.)

Assembled Walkaway Spring Clip Style Bracket: NFPA 1901-09 has changed the way you are permitted to mount SCBA units in your emergency vehicles. WALKAWAY brackets with spring clips will no longer meet the new standard and may not be used in crew areas. You may still purchased spring clip style brackets, but they may only be used in side compartments or in stationary applications. UH and UN brackets comes with the clips (2) permanently affixed to the backplate by steel rivets. All other brackets come with the clips (2) or seats (2) bolted to the backplate. All brackets have the footplate bolts to the universal backplate (positioned as required.) Bracket is ready to be mounted and is available in four ways: UN has standard coating on the clips. UH has High cycle coating on the clips. FH has Full high cycle coating on the clips. FHLP has Full High Cycle coating on Low Profile clips.
